Privacy policy
Last updated: 06.10.2026
This policy covers the cybetower.swiss website. It does not cover the platforms accessed with credentials, which have their own privacy policy and whose processing is governed by the contract.
1. Controller
The controller of the data collected by this website is:
- POWERB SAGL
- Via Serrai 2
- 6592 S.Antonino
- CHE-367.484.791
For any matter concerning personal data, the contact details are given in the Legal notice.
2. Personal data processed
2.1 Browsing data
When you open a page, the server hosting the website records the technical information needed to serve it to you and to defend against abuse: the network address the request comes from, date and time, page requested, outcome of the request and browser type. These are technical records, not a profile: they are not used to identify you or combined with anything else.
2.2 Data you provide
At present this website contains no forms and asks you for nothing: there is no field in which to enter data and there is no restricted area. When a contact form is introduced, this section will be updated before it goes live.
2.3 What stays only in your browser
Two choices are stored on your device and never reach us: the page appearance (automatic, light or dark) and the phone system selected in the guides (iPhone or Android). They save you from repeating the choice on every visit. They are kept in the browser's local storage, are not cookies, are not sent to any server, and you can delete them by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies. It loads no analytics tools, contains no advertising pixels and requests no resources from third-party servers: fonts, images and stylesheets are served from the website's own domain. The only exception is the CybeTower Connect app page, which reads the file listing the downloadable versions from assets.cybetower.swiss, a subdomain of the same company: it is not a third-party server. That is why you will not see any consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
If an analytics or marketing tool is introduced in future, this section will be updated and the tool will not be loaded before your explicit consent.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the website and showing you the pages you request: legitimate interest in operating the requested service.
- Keeping the server secure and defending it against abuse: legitimate interest in the security of systems.
Processing is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for people located in the European Union, to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Recipients of the data
Browsing data stays within POWERB SAGL: the website is hosted on the company's own infrastructure, under the Akomodix brand, not with an external provider. Only the technical staff who maintain the website have access to it. We do not sell data, pass it to third parties for commercial purposes or use it for advertising.
6. Where the data is stored
The website is hosted in Switzerland. Browsing data is not transferred outside Switzerland.
7. Retention
The server's technical records are kept for no more than 12 months, for security and troubleshooting, then deleted. The preferences stored in your browser stay on your device until you delete them.
8. Security
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection. The exposed surface is deliberately small: no forms, no user database, no resources loaded from third parties. In the event of a data security breach involving a high risk to the persons concerned, we inform the competent authority and, where required, the persons affected.
9. Your rights
Within the limits set by the applicable law, you can request:
- to know whether we process data concerning you and to receive a copy of it
- the correction of inaccurate data
- the erasure of data, where we are not required to retain it
- the restriction of, or objection to, processing
- to receive the data you have provided to us in a machine-readable format
To exercise them, use the contact details in the Legal notice. We may ask you for information that allows us to identify you, so as not to disclose data to the wrong person.
10. Complaints to the authority
If you believe that the processing breaches the law, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Those residing in the European Economic Area can also contact the supervisory authority of their own country.

11. Changes to this policy
This policy is updated when the processing it describes changes: for example if a form, an analytics tool or a new provider is added. The date at the top shows the last substantive change to the text.
12. Content and trade marks
The texts, images and graphic elements of this website belong to the company named in section 1, unless otherwise stated. The name and the sign CybeTower are used by the company as distinctive signs for its own products.
13. Legal information
The information published on this website is descriptive and does not constitute a binding offer. The features of the products and services actually provided are those defined in the contract.
